Have Questions ?

Will I still need to wear orthotics after surgery?

First and foremost, this is for you and your doctor to decide.  In many cases your mechanics and the degree of your instability led to the reason you had to have corrective surgery in the first place.  A total contact orthotic controls and improves mechanics and instabilities in most every case so it stands to reason that a total contact orthotic can reduce the stresses on your foot during activity after surgery which can many times help improve your overall surgical results and comfort.  Talk to your doctor about orthotics and your surgery before you have your surgery to ensure the very best results possible.
