What's the best OTC insole for running?

Another hard question to answer. Each person has a different ingress to the arch, heel depth and natural padding below their metatarsal. We carry about 5-6 different species of OTC orthotics to meet 90% of our patients needs. We can match your foot type to the orthotic but likely its just a matter of trying them on.
